We offer architectural design solutions for residential and commercial projects, generally ranging from £250k - £5m. Fundamentally the projects we take on reflect our desire to produce imaginative, beautiful, impeccable architecture with a purposeful, refined and considered aesthetic.

With our studios in Oxfordshire and London, our projects tend to be located across Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, the Cotswolds, Northampton and London. We are happy to work across the UK and beyond, if the project is the right fit for us.

The Building Contractor is responsible for day-to-day project management. We provide a contract administration services for our clients on a regular basis. Alongside drawing up the contract between you and your builder, we will issue instructions, arrange compliance and approvals, manage your budget and provide valuable oversight once your project is underway.

Yes. We have lots of experience of gaining planning permission, including on listed buildings and landscapes up to and including Grade II*. We work closely with planning consultants to supplement our planning skills and resources when necessary.

Our commitment, as responsible architects, is to do as much as we can to minimise the environmental impact of our activities. We have a particular focus on the fabric of a building, the use and reuse of natural materials and passive solutions such as orientation and natural ventilation.

Our fees are usually based on a percentage of the Construction Value. Ranging from 6- 14%, depending on the complexity of the project and our anticipated level of involvement. We are a VAT registered company.

Timescales are project specific. But the majority of our projects take 18- 24 months, from concept to completion.
